Ralph Smallwood • Director/Vocational Instructor
30 years Teaching Experience; 13 years with At-Risk Youth, BA in Vocational Education.

Mike Baker • Maritime Education Teacher
7 years Commercial Fishing in Alaska; 14 years experience with At-Risk Youth; 6 year Commercial Boat Building experience.
BA in History, 100 ton U.S.C.G. Master's License

Erica Zurek • Core Curriculum teacher, WA state teaching certificate, K-12 special education
endorsemnet, BA in Anthropology and Environmental Studies. 8 years experience in social work and various types of education, including outdoor education. Anthropology

Amber Darland • Service Learning Coordinator, 6 years as a mentor with At-Risk Youth, 8 years as a volunteer and coordinator with non-profit organizations , BA in Sociology.

Rachel Alston •Office Manager
